CHRISTOPHE STEEL TOE-CLIPS
French cyclist Eugène Christophe was born on 22 January 1885 in Paris. He invented the toe-clip and sold his invention in 1925 to the Poutrait-Morin company (Zéfal) of which he became a director, a position he held until his death in 1970. Today, Zéfal still produces and markets the legendary Christophe toe-clips in chromed steel, a guarantee of quality and longevity. Supplied with mounting hardware, they are delivered without straps. You can customize your toe-clips by mounting Zefal Christophe 516 leather or Christophe 515XL fabric toe-straps.
