Key duplication procedure for locks
Zéfal offers its customers a key duplication service for some of its products. Only locks whose packaging displays the "LOSS OF KEY SERVICE" logo are eligible for key duplication.
The time between requesting a new set of 3 keys and the delivery is approximatively 8 weeks. To obtain a new set of keys, simply contact our customer service department by e-mail : sav@zefal.com
Give us your contact details, your lock model and the unique serial number on the card supplied with the keys at the time of purchase. Be sure to keep this number. If, in 2 or 3 years' time, you wish to replace the keys, you'll absolutely need it. However, your lock is not registered in our databases. Without this information, we are unfortunaltey unable to provide you with new keys. Please note that the unique serial number is not the number engraved on the lock, which is a tracking number.
We advise you to take a photo of your supplied card, or your key if it's a K-TRAZ U20 or K-TRAZ U20S, to make it easier to store.
Original code for code locks
The original code for all of our code locks is 0005.
Please note that if you forget the code once you've changed it, it will no longer be possible to open the lock.
